Easy in and out. I prefer to come here over Home Depot and Lowes when I can because it's smaller, the people are friendly and helpful and they have things you can't find at the big stores.

Love the fact they actually have people at the registers. I’ve gotten tired of going to Lowe’s or Home Depot and having to self serve. Also, I’ve always been greeted and asked if they can be of any help. They’ll even walk me over to what I’m looking for. Big plus. Customer service is key for this establishment. Home town feel to it. Love it!

Called several hardware stores to see if they can cut a few metal pipes for me. All of the ones I called said no, expect for this one. When I arrived, Ernesto helped out and demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that's beyond impressive. Great work!

Only place that offered a less expensive size of flex seal, came on a Saturday during December. Place was staffed appropriately, (which you don’t see anymore in retail) people available to help, and cashiers ready to go, smooth in and out experience which is how i like to shop.
